We also hold regular refresher training courses to ensure that our personnel are well-informed and conversant with standard operating procedures.

Our Head of Operations together with the Regional Managers periodically visit our clients to check on guard performance. Our Customer Care team is available to listen to and immediately act on any issue that could be raised by a customer.
